Formal dance practise has begun with Shawna the dance instructor teaching the students 3 dances over the next 6 weeks. We are looking forward to seeing their 'dance moves' at the formal on Friday 27th March.


Year 11 Food Studies
The students made Spiced rice learning about Indian cuisine and aromatic spices.






Year 12 Food Studies
Chicken noodle salad was on the menu for Year 12 Food Studies. Some of the techniques used were julienne cutting, blanching vegetables and resting their chicken before cutting it.

Study sessions (3.15pm-4.30 pm) are up and running again! Wednesday (English) and Thursday (Maths). All students are welcome to attend the study sessions in the LRC. Teachers are available to provide students with assistance.

The National Science and Engineering Challenge (NSEC)
The science and engineering challenge is a one day, hands on event, where students can get involved in science and engineering projects. Examples of projects include, building a light and strong model bridge, building an ecologically friendly house, constructing fan blades to catch wind, designing efficient codes to send secret messages along fibre optic rods and many more.
Eligible for students in Years 9-12, with only 32 places available. Held in Sale in August 2026.
