Clothes Swap

The Environmental Committee are hosting a clothes swap - see the flyer for more details and get on board this great idea!

World Wide Communications

In this information technology subject, students have been looking at digital marketing skills. Students completed a task where they chose a non-profit organisation to collaborate with, and designed a sneaker along with an ad campaign for it. They got super creative with Canva, putting together an awesome animation to show off their ideas. It’s been a fun way for them to mix tech skills with creativity!

The Local Environment

Our Middle School Outdoor Education students recently took a walk along the Survey Track, taking photos of local plants along the way. It was a great chance for them to get to know the environment around us a bit better. They were able to identify and become more familiar with the native flora and fungi in our backyard.

Science Week

Science Week has been celebrated with a range of activities in class and science-themed songs on the pre-bell music playlist. Think along the lines of the classic periodic table song and more! An escape room was run for the Year 7s, and Erin had them analysing whale snot in a different session. Other students looked into pulleys as part of the Simple Machines elective.

Sport Storeroom

The VET Sport and Rec students have been busy moving the school's sport equipment into its new room. Everything is now easy to see, find and access with ample shelving and more space available.
