1/2 News…

It is a super exciting time for the Grade 1/2 students, as it is now time to take our shoes and socks off and dive into the world of Gymnastics!

For the next few Wednesdays, we will be spending the afternoon at BTYC Gymnastics, just across the oval from us. Once there, we are getting into small groups and having a great time swinging on handles, jumping on trampolines and climbing ropes.

It has been incredible fun! Our super nice instructors showed us all the different apperatuses that are used in gymnastics, and many of us used our Olympics knowledge to better our learning and use of the equipment.

What a great way to split up the week and enjoy some great exercise!
