Wellness Week

This week, we have focused on promoting and prioritising our well-being. Our goal has been to raise awareness about physical, mental, and emotional health and encourage our students and staff to engage in activities and practices that contribute to their overall well-being.

Therapeutic Tuesday

Chalk drawings and stress-ball construction at recess.

A teddy bear’s picnic and competition of Myrniong Has Talent at lunch.

Wellbeing Wednesday

Mindfulness arts and crafts activities are at recess, and the disco is at lunch.

Thoughtful Thursday

Gratitude challenges at recess and a chill-out zone at lunch.

Tomorrow, we look forward to Friendship Friday. The day will commence with a Father’s Day Breakfast. At recess, a photo booth will be in operation. At lunch, we will join our Senior Campus friends for a shared BBQ lunch at myPEC.

Thank you to Mrs Milich, Mrs Bell, and Mrs Povey for their collective efforts in ensuring the well-being of Myrniong students and staff throughout this week.
