Student Sporting Success

You may have seen these highlighted on the College’s social media feeds already, but I would like to add my congratulations to a number of students who have achieved some superb sporting results recently. A warm congratulations to our Clay Target Shooting Team for their successes at the South-West Zone Schools Clay Target Shooting Competition last week in Noorat. Congratulations especially to: Ben Vallance who was awarded High Gun for best overall score; to Lincoln Brown for first placed senior boy; Lachlan Pringle for second placed senior boy; and to the team of Lincoln Brown, Harry Brown, Lachlan Pringle, Joshua Pringle and Braden Veale for best overall team. This is a fabulous set of results.

Congratulations also to Evie Templeton who was a part of the successful Victorian U12 hockey team at the School Sport Australia Championships in Cairns. The Victorian team won the competition and are national champions. Well done Evie. This follows the success of her brother Tom, who was part of the Victorian U16 hockey team which claimed bronze on the Gold Coast earlier this month.
