Class Representatives

A great way to get involved at our school is to volunteer to be your child’s Class Representative. If you are willing to take on the role for next year, please drop a quick email now to the Class Rep Liaison - Anna - at wpscrl@gmail.com or text on 0407 830 820. We'll be sorting out the class rep list in a couple of weeks' time once the 2025 classes have been finalised. If you’d like to find out more about what’s involved, please ask your current Class Rep, or get in touch with Anna.

A huge thank you to our 19 class reps for 2024, for their assistance to connect and enable communications for our class families throughout this year. It’s much appreciated!

Interested in joining the PFA?

The Parents and Friends Association is a committee of volunteers who organise events and fundraisers throughout the year, with the aim of supporting the school financially through fundraising (e.g. the Mango drive and the Tesselaar bulb drive earlier this year), and building community among the students and parents through various social events (e.g. Trivia night/disco last term, and the Mothers’ and Fathers’ day breakfasts). We also coordinate the WhatsApp class groups through the year.

As we drive rapidly through the last term of the year, it’s worth noting that some of this year’s members will be moving on as their children leave the school. That means we are looking for fresh volunteers to take on the various roles. People can join the PFA throughout the year - all it really takes is some enthusiasm, and a willingness to pitch in and help!

Early in the new year (usually in March), the PFA will hold an AGM, where all current positions are declared vacant and new office-bearers are elected. If you’re interested in knowing more, drop an email to us at wpspfa@gmail.com. You’re always welcome to come along to a meeting and observe!
