WPS Community Children’s Garden
Over the last 9 months, Garden Club students and volunteers have been potting up and looking after plants to be sold at the Carlsruhe Fair. This year, Garden Club donated over a trailer full of pot plants, many of which were the berries that grow and fruit so productively in our school garden.
Eliza did an amazing job organizing and running the garden stall at the Fair this year, with the help of many volunteers. There were hundreds of plants and it was a great success. I hope you bought lots of goodies – they will certainly love our current tropical weather.
Thank you to everyone involved, including our Garden Club students, many of whom had no idea what the Carlsruhe Fair was, as they were too young to have been before.
Great effort everyone! 😊
