Unit 2 exams

Unit 2 exams start next week (Monday 18 - Friday 22 November). Unit 2 exams are an important part of your final preparation before you start Year 12 in 2025. You will have time in classes this week to help prepare for exams. A reminder to check your exam timetable on Compass and to notify Jenny of any clashes or issues so that exams can be rescheduled.

We wish you all the best with this final part of assessment for the year.

Unit 3+4 Kick Start

From Monday 25 November you are a Year 12 student. The Kick Start program is the important first step of your final year of high school. There will be a brief assembly on Monday at 9am in the Stadium where Mr Jones will address you, and we will also present your College Captains for 2025.

You will have a full week of Year 12 classes where teachers will start covering subject content, so attendance for the full week of Kick Start is compulsory. You will also receive holiday homework to complete over the summer break - you must complete this before the first day of 2025 so that you start Year 12 on the right foot.

The Senior School team will be conducting a uniform blitz over the week of Kick Start, so make sure you are in the correct uniform at all times. As Year 12 students, you are the role models and we have high expectations - you set the standard.

Celebrating student success

The Year 11 Principal Awards will be held on Friday 29 November to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievement and efforts of students based on their performance in Unit 2.

SAC Absences

Reminder for all VCE students: any absence from a SAC must be supported by a medical certificate, or be an approved sporting absence through the MSA (Academy students only - use the link below).

An unapproved absence will result in the student receiving a score of zero for the SAC. The student will still be expected to complete the SAC when they return to school.
