End-of-Year Celebrations and Activities:                           A Busy Final Two Weeks

As we approach the end of the school year, the College has an exciting lineup of events and activities for our students and families. On Wednesday, students officially stepped into their 2025 classes, with many new faces joining our College community. To mark this transition, we also held a meaningful Communion service before beginning the step-up classes.

Next week, preparations for our annual Christmas Service are in full swing, starting with a whole-school singing practice. The Christmas Service, a cherished tradition, will take place at 7:00 pm on Thursday, 5th September. This special evening is a highlight for the entire College community and a wonderful way to come together in celebration.

The final day of the school year, Friday, 6th September, promises to be one of fun and camaraderie. Senior campus students will travel to Myrniong for the highly anticipated Old Fashioned Sports event. With egg-and-spoon races, hoop relays, obstacle courses, and the legendary tug-of-war, it’s a day sure to be filled with laughter and friendly competition.

Back on campus, the fun continues with House Jelly Eating (yes, it’s as unique as it sounds!), house lunches, farewells, and a final assembly. This will be a fitting conclusion to what has been a remarkable year at the College.

We look forward to celebrating these moments with our students and families as we wrap up 2024 and step into the new year with excitement and gratitude.
