Grade 3 | Blackwood 

Praying the Rosary

In Grade 3 Blackwood we have been learning how to pray the Rosary. Father Kasun visited our classroom and spoke to us about the Rosary and all of the different prayers involved with saying it. We each received our own set of Rosary beads and Father Kasun set us a challenge to carry them with us each time we left home, for the month of October. 

Mrs B set us a challenge to learn the Hail Mary prayer off by heart. We practised it daily as part of our prayer, reading and writing tasks, and many of us practised in our own time. We have all been successful in meeting Mrs B’s challenge and are very proud of our efforts.
