Choirs & Ensembles

In celebration of the students' music learning and collective effort, many ensembles will hold open rehearsals in Week 9 -- family members are warmly invited to join us at the open sessions. 

Auditions for our advanced ensembles will be held in early Term 1, next year. If you have been part of or are interested in joining an advanced ensemble, we would welcome your child to audition for Concert Band, Jazz Band, Orchestra and/or Chamber String Ensemble. Audition information and sign up sheets will be posted at the start of the school year. 

Expressions of interest for 2025 choirs and ensembles will open in Term 1 next year. Please stay tuned for information to be shared via the school newsletter. 

What a wonderful year of music in our choirs and ensembles! Thank you for your participation and support of the music program. We were delighted to have the Concert Band and Chamber String Ensemble perform at the K-2 and Years 3-6 Presentation Assemblies on Thursday. Each ensemble shared pieces from their current repertoire -- The Great Escape, Highlights from the Star Wars Saga, Canon in D, and Brandenburg Concerto to name a few. In addition, the ensembles played a joint rendition of ABBA on Broadway.
