Leadership Report
KABOOM SPORTS
On Tuesday, our students had an incredible Celebration Day with Kaboom Sports! They loved rotating through a series of fun and wacky sports activities in their multi-age groups. A special shoutout to our amazing student leaders, who did a fantastic job guiding younger students through the rotations and keeping the energy high throughout the day.
We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Parents and Friends group for their invaluable support, helping ensure the day ran seamlessly. It was truly a team effort to make this event such a success!
ART SHOW
We were thrilled to see such an incredible turnout at our Art Show yesterday afternoon! The event was a true celebration of the talent, creativity, and hard work of each and everyone of our students. Each piece of artwork on display reflected the unique perspectives and artistic growth of our young creators.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported our students by admiring their creations. Your presence made the event all the more special and memorable.
We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to Jo McEachern for her outstanding commitment and effort in organising the Art Show. Jo’s dedication and passion for the arts ensured that every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the event a wonderful success.
Thank you all for making this year’s Art Show a remarkable celebration of our school’s creative spirit!
PREP TRANSITION CONTINUES
Our Prep Transition program is well underway, with our most recent session running today. It’s been wonderful to see our newest students growing in confidence with each session. They are becoming more familiar with their new surroundings, making connections with their peers, and embracing the exciting journey ahead.
Each session brings new opportunities for learning, play, and building a sense of belonging within our school community. It’s heartening to witness the smiles, enthusiasm, and growing independence of our future Preps.
We’re looking forward to our next session on Friday, 29th November, where we’ll continue to support our students in feeling confident and connected as they prepare for their first year of school.
More information about our transition experiences for other students within the school will be shared in our next newsletter.
