Regional Cricket: 

Last Monday Mr. Carroll and Mr. McShane took the following students to Mooroopna to compete in the Regional T20 Cricket blast.  

Our Girls team won 1 and lost 2 of their games whilst the boys team managed to win 3 and lose 1 of their games, which was a fantastic effort.

Congratulations to all of these students on their efforts and thank you to Mr Carroll and Mr McShane for their assistance.

This term our Year 5/6 students have thoroughly enjoyed participating in their Basketball SEPEP Unit. Students have taken on roles within their teams such as Captains, Scorers, Umpires, Coaches and Equipment Manager. They also enjoyed the friendly competition throughout the term.  

Over the final weeks we will find time to play conference finals where students can see how they perform against teams from other classes!  

SWIMMING 2025

Students in Years 3-6 will participate in Swimming Lessons beginning on Friday 31st January. These swimming lessons will be a perfect lead up to our Swim Carnival on Thursday 20th February 2025.  

Learn to Swim lessons are a compulsory component of the Health and Physical Education curriculum, with every student participating in the program at a level suitable to their capability.  

All instructors are qualified Teachers of Swimming and Water Safety. Students will be bused to and from the Yarrawonga Outdoor Pool.  

A swim timetable will be emailed to parents on the first day of school next year and reminders will be sent via SIMON. Please ensure your child brings their bathers, rashie (or T shirt) and towel on the days they have swim lessons.  

Lunch orders will be available everyday.  

Sunscreen will be supplied by Sacred Heart and all students will be instructed to apply sunscreen prior to entering the pool. Please assist in our planning and preparation by responding to the questions and permission no later than Monday 16th December, 2024.
