Christmas gifts for Senior Citizens

On Wednesday afternoon Trish kindly came in laden with her trusty Thermomix to assist Years 3-6 with making edible gifts for our local Senior Citizens. We had fun making a range of different rum balls/lemon balls. Thank you for your wonderful help Trish.

We also created beautiful hand made gift tags for each gift. 

After chilling them in the fridge to set, this morning we packaged up an assortment of delicious balls into small gift bags, then attached ribbons and gift tags. On Monday we will present them to each Senior Citizen plus the helpers at their special Christmas luncheon. I know it is always a thrill for them to receive a hand made and personalised gift from the children.
