On Monday Jennie took Sofia Eli and Oliver to the community house to do some craft.

Sofia was lucky enough to see her Grandmother Suzie and invited her in to join them.

Big Write and VCOP Talk Homework

Our next Big Write will be held on various dates in each classroom, due to the swimming carnival, with some classes already participating in it. Our topic was/will be: The happiest day of my life.

This is a great topic for the students to reflect on the good things in their lives and we encourage you to discuss this topic with your children, regardless of if they have already completed their Big Write.

Statewide Transition Day

Statewide Transition Day is coming up on Tuesday 12th December. St Mary’s students will be participating in this from 8:50 am-1:35 pm.

This is a great opportunity for students to get used to their class structure for 2024. They will be with their 2024 teacher and classmates during this time frame and will have the opportunity to build relationships and be exposed to their new year levels expectations.

The graduating class of 2023 will be spending the day at their chosen high school, getting used to their new environment.

Class structures and teachers for 2024 were announced in a letter on SIMON Everywhere last week.
