Year 8 Maths Games Carnival

The Year 8 students did a fabulous job designing, building and conducting their games for our spectacular Maths Games Carnival. This was the culmination of their Probability unit and gave them the opportunity to investigate carnival games, analysing the probability of winning and losing, as well as techniques used to make games more appealing! With all Year 8 students participating in the event, along with many of our teachers and Principals, it was a fun-filled morning and a terrific celebration of the students’ learning.
