GREEN RICE AND A SUMMER FATTOUSH SALAD
What a session we had today. The students started cooking bight and early this morning before heading off to swimming.
Lots of chopping of vegetables, washing of herbs and cutting of pita bread.
"Our meal today was the best yet!" said lots of the students!
Some even gave it more than a 10/10!
