Orientation Day For Year 7 2024 Intake

The Mazza Mums are hosting an Orientation Day afternoon tea on Friday 24 November.

To make this event a success we need you to provide a plate of sweet or savoury food please. We always get plenty of sweet food, so perhaps consider contributing a savoury plate on this occasion.

Please drop-off your contribution on the day, to the school front office or the gym kitchen.

We also need help in the kitchen on the day from approximately 12:00 noon to 3:20pm.

Mazza Mums Requires A New Coordinator

The role entails orchestrating five morning or afternoon tea gatherings annually. Fear not, for the task does not necessitate personally crafting an entire spread! Rather, your primary responsibility is to inspire parents to graciously provide a delectable dish for each of these five occasions. The outcome is consistently splendid, often yielding a delightful surplus of culinary delights.

While the effort required is not particularly strenuous, commitment is indeed essential.

This opportunity presents a splendid avenue for forging connections with fellow parents, as well as engaging with your son's educators. Moreover, you can anticipate your son and his companions making occasional visits to the kitchen, ostensibly driven by the subtle intention of indulging in some delectable treats.

This role will start in 2024. You will shadow the current coordinator, Belinda Varischetti, for the year and then take over in your own right in 2025.
