| Callen continually strives to do his best and always has a growth mindset. In our procedure writing unit, Callen improved his writing by editing to add more detail and made his steps more specific. Well done Callen for always showing the school value of Growth. |

| Finn has worked hard this week on his writing. He created a persuasive piece about why he wants to go to America. Finn added 3 amazing reasons and he has shown that he is thinking critically about these reasons. Congratulations Finn, you should be really proud of your efforts. |

Aubrey- Respect

Joshua Growth
| Joshua has shown growth across all areas of his academic learning this year. It has also been particularly pleasing to see how Joshua has developed the confidence to share his learning, ideas and opinions with our group. |
Krick Growth
