Parents Association News:
As we near the final weeks of term 4 the HEPS Parents Association is looking forward to contributing to two final events for 2023!
HEPS Twilight Christmas Concert – Monday 11th December
Arrive from 4.30pm for the concert to begin at 6pm. Bring along a picnic rug or camp chairs to relax and enjoy the evening.
We will be running a BBQ with food and drink sales between 4.30pm and 6pm. We need volunteers to help us make this happen! Families are also welcome to bring along a picnic dinner and snacks. Please note that this is an alcohol and dog free event.
End of year Disco!
On Monday 18th December we are transforming the gym into a disco for our students to get together and have a dance to celebrate the end of the school year!
Students will come in year level groups across the school day for an allotted disco time.
The groups will be:
- Foundation, level 1 and 2.
- Levels 3 and 4
- Levels 5 and 6
We look forward to some fun music and having a dance!
Next Meeting
The final meeting for 2023 is on Thursday 7th December at 2.30pm in the staff room. All are welcome to come along to learn more about our Parents Association and see if you would like to join the team for a fun filled 2024!

We would like to give a big thank you to all the families who have helped out on PA events in 2023. We could not run events without your help. This year we have had volunteers help by barbecuing sausages, selling food and drinks, manning Mothers and Fathers Day stalls, throwing colour and water at the colour run and much more! Thank you for helping us to bring wonderful community events to life for our children and families! We look forward to your support and participation in 2024!
