New Student Sports Garage Equipment

Earlier this term, I rang a trivia night for an enthusiastic and very big group of parents and friends of the community. A lot of fun and laughs were shared throughout the night and those who attended helped raise just under $2000! This night wouldn't have been the success it was without the generosity of the parents who attended and Jo Howard, a wonderful parent and member of our school community who was once again so helpful in sourcing donations for fundraising.

With the help of the JSC, we have ordered some wonderful additions to the Sports Garage that I'm sure the children will be excited to use at lunch time. We now have:

• Soccer balls
• Basketballs
• Fling net catch sets
• Hula hoops
• AFL Footballs
• Ten Pin Bowling Set
• Plastic Cricket Sets
• Tennis balls
• Team Tag (Team Tiggy) sets
• Kick ball set

With the money raised, I have also purchased the equipment needed to create a 'meditation station' for children to utilise in lunch groups and social groups throughout the school.
