Bush Poetry
Mr Mike Cashman joined us on Tuesday again this week to continue our newly formed Bush Poetry Club. Excited students gathered in the Primary Hall to hear Mr Cashman recite more poems and share his expertise and understanding around the importance of bush poetry in Australian literature and history.
Around the Classrooms
It was wonderful to walk around the classrooms and engage with the students and their learning this week. In the Year 3P (Mrs Press) space the children were completing some very informative reports on Indonesia. It was wonderful to hear the children speak so confidently about what they have learned. Thanks to Mrs McIlveen and Mrs Press and the wonderful children in 3P for their great work.
