Green Gate Organic Farm

 Students visited the organic farm, (part of  TAFE NSW Riverina Institute) and were shown how the maremma sheepdogs look after the farms chickens. They also had the opportunity to meet the farms new boar, who was quite friendly.

While they were in Thurgoona they also had a tour around Charles Sturt University to see the sustainable buildings and waterways.
