Colour Run Fundraiser - P&F Committee

Dear Families, 

Thank you so much for supporting our school to be the best it can be, especially through fundraising. This term we are continuing to fundraise for our new Playground with a Colour Explosion School Fun Run. The students have been sent home with a letter with some initial information about our upcoming Colour Run Event and a Sponsorship Booklet. The Colour Explosion School Fun Run will be on Friday 10th November from 1pm to 3pm.

 

Fundraising for our Colour Explosion School Fun Run is entirely online. 

Follow the instructions in your child’s sponsorship booklet to create a cybersafe, online profile page at www.australianfundraising.com.au. At the end of our fundraiser, student’s incentive prizes are ordered automatically based on their fundraising total and Golden Coins. Students can earn up 15 unique incentive prizes!

Ever wanted to SLIME a TEACHER???? 

Well now is you chance! 

 

At the end of the fundraising campaign, if you are the TOP FUNDRAISING STUDENT you will get to SLIME a teacher on the day of the COLOUR FUN RUN! How cool is that?!

 

All our teachers are Wonderful but we have 3 extra special teachers that have put their hand up to be slimed! BUT... we need your vote!

If you have set up a fundraising profile, you will be able to cast your vote for which teacher will be SLIMED on Friday 10th November! 

 

 

Volunteers

As this is a Parent's and Friends run event, we will require 15 Volunteers from the school community to lend a helping hand on the day to set up, assist during the event and to clean up afterwards. If you wish to Volunteer,  please register your interest to gsoffice@gswheelershill.catholic.edu.auPlease ensure you have a current Working With Children Check and make sure to include the following Information in your email:

  • Volunteer Full Name
  • Childs Name and Class
  • Email address
  • Contact Phone Number

*Please ensure in the subject heading of the email you put 'Colour Run Volunteer' so the school can easily identify these emails.*

 

We are really looking forward to our first School Colour Fun Run and hoping we can raise funds to get us closer towards our fundraising goal for the new school playground.
