Principal Reflections

From the Principals - Alison & Pete

Dear Parents & Friends,

Welcome to Term 4. It is hard to imagine that we have already completed 30 weeks of schooling. The final term of the school year is an exciting time and is jam packed with learning activities, as well as preparing for the "end of year" celebrations.  It is important that every student attends school every day during this term to make the most of their learning opportunities and to enjoy the social aspects of being with classmates.

Our Kinder cohort for 2024 begin their important transition programs. Next Friday, a three week orientation and parental education program will commence, followed by the final pre-kinder assessments which will be completed in Week 5. Our Infants Campus will be full of activity!

There are a number of end of year celebrations including whole school assemblies, class parties and the much anticipated school presentation night which will be on Tuesday, 5th December (Week 9). These events provide an opportunity for everyone in the school community to come together and celebrate the year that was.

Year 6 are excited for their excursion to Canberra this term, as well as their end of year celebrations. Year 5will enjoy their excursion to Lake Keepit towards the end of this term as well.

So let's make the most of Term 4, learn as much as we can and enjoy being together at school.

Keep smiling

Alison Hatton and Peter Flynn
