2024 Grades 4-6 Attitudes to School Survey

The Attitudes to School Survey (AtoSS) is a voluntary annual student survey (Grades 4-12) offered by the Department of Education to assist schools and the department to gain an understanding of students' perceptions and experience of school. We value student voice as a means to improving student engagement, wellbeing and quality instruction and will be asking your child about their thoughts and feelings in relation to their school, their learning, peer relationships, resilience, bullying, health and wellbeing, physical activity, and life in general.

This year we will be conducting the survey from the 6th of May until the 20th of May. Information has been posted on Compass to all our Year 4-6 families.

2025 PREP ENROLMENTS

Our Prep enrolments are now open for 2025. We encourage families to contact the office for an enrolment form and to get further information about the documents you require to enrol your child. Should you know anyone outside of our school zone that may be interested in enrolling at Westgrove, please direct them to the office for an Out of Zone application form.

DISTRICT CROSS COUNTRY

On Tuesday we had 42 of our strongest long distance runners represented our school at the School Sport Victoria, District Cross Country at Presidents Park.

Our students performed extremely well and they all should be very proud of their performance. Overall, Westgrove finished 3rd (out of 8 schools!) – an outstanding result and a testament to all the hard work the team did in the leadup – well done team!

Wyndham Division Cross-Country will be run on Tuesday 28th May at President’s Park. Congratulations to ten of our students who have qualified and will represent, not just Westgrove but the entire Werribee District who will run to qualify for the Western Metro Regional Cross-Country later in the term.
