Each week we love to celebrate any students who may have participated or achieved great results in any activities.  These can be both from within school or outside of school.

Inter-School Chess Tournament

Congratulations to Vivaan (Yr 3) who won first prize representing Devonport Christian School in an Interschool chess tournament for the North West region-primary category on Monday 25th March in Ulverstone.

Vivaan competed against 48 students winning all of his 7 games!

Colouring Competition

Congratulations to Indica (Kinder) who won the Easter Colouring Competition at Four Ways Newspower Newsagency.

East Devonport Football Club

Congratulations to Jake (Yr 8), who was recently selected by the East Devonport Football Club to represent their U14 side in the "East vs West" round, which is a game before the competition starts for the year and each club from along the NW coast selects their best players to represent them. Last week at training Jake was also appointed Vice Captain of the East Devonport boys U14 team. A great achievement after only one year of AFL, since he finished primary school soccer with DCS in Year Six!
