Newlands in a Nutshell

Here is a snapshot of the important things in this newsletter that you don't want to miss! be sure to read on for a more comprehensive rundown of all things happening at Newlands.

• For families wishing to get more involved in the school, please see the Sub-Committees page. 
• School Holiday Program bookings with Team Kids are open 
• Our Parent Helper program is starting in Term 2 - more information and links to send in your availability are on the Parent Helper Program page.
• There are changes to the Specialist Timetable (Timetable can be found in the leadership report)
• Families can contribute to the RCH 'Good Friday Appeal' through the link to our school fundraising page in the Community News section of the Newsletter.
• Enrolments for 2025 are now open. Please complete an enrolment form for a child who may be joining us at Newlands next year. Click Here for a copy of the enrolment form.
• Parent Teacher Interviews can be booked through SENTRAL. All interviews are in your child's classroom besides Lisa's Wednesday interviews which are in the room near the Sensory Playground. 
• Reminder for our 1/2 Families; We are collecting food cans in our classrooms as apart of our upcoming Cultural Week crafts. 
• Last day of school is the 28th of March - finishing time is 2:30pm. Our 'Uruguay' Cultural week assembly celebration begins at 1:30.
• The Spanish Fiesta is the 28th of March - begins at 3:00pm
