Prep 2024 Transition

On the 6th September,  the 2024 Prep students enjoyed another transition session. They were excited to experience a Physical Education lesson with Mr Mondon where they played Musical Statues and Octopus.

A Mandarin lesson with Miss Yao provided the children with the opportunity to learn how to say ‘hello,’ ‘goodbye’ and ‘thank you’. Miss Yao also talked about her experience of growing up in Shanghai.

It didn’t stop there as the students also danced to music and learnt a song about lining up with one of our Music teachers, Miss Wick.

The squeals of delight coming from the children as they were playing games was wonderful to hear. Their perfect pronunciation of Mandarin words was impressive, and their dance moves were amazing!
