Hello, from Carolyn.

Respect, responsibility and kindness

Hello everyone,

Welcome back for Term 3!

There are LOTS of winter bugs out there, one of those nasty bugs has kept me at home for most of the week unfortunately. We have had one of our 5/6 families let us know that their child has tested positive for RSV. Thank you to that family for testing to see if their child is positive for covid, or flu, or RSV, and for letting us know, and for keeping their child home to get well.

Illnesses can spread quickly in classrooms and whilst we do all that we can- reminding students to wash their hands regularly, fresh air circulating in learning spaces, hand sanitiser reminders- you can help all of us by keeping your child home if they are unwell, testing to see if they have covid/flu/RSV, and letting us know.

5 August 5:45pm Parent information talk "Before the hormones hit the fan!"

School Council is looking forward to having Bron Grieves present this session to our school community. Bron presents the 'Preparation for Puberty' lessons to our grade 5/6 students. She is a mother of 3 and is very passionate about all things young people. She will share her insights, thoughts and experiences of over 20 years of being a school nurse, puberty and sexuality educator and paediatric nurse.

We are offering child minding, book you place here!
