Spotlight on Learning

Stage 1
At the beginning of November, Stage 1 went on an excursion to Sydney Zoo. 1MP, 1/2I and 2B had a wonderful day exploring and learning about the huge variety of animals that live there.
Check out some photos and some recounts written about the day by 1/2I students.

Stage 2
What a big year it has been for our Stage 2 students! This year was full of exciting learning opportunities and new responsibilities that helped everyone grow in so many ways. Our students showed great enthusiasm and teamwork through their participation in PSSA, where they developed new skills and enjoyed friendly competition.
We also had a fantastic Science Day, where curiosity and creativity came alive, sparking a love for discovery and experimentation. One of the highlights was our memorable excursion to see the Bangarra Dance Theatre, which inspired us all with its powerful storytelling through movement and deep connection to culture.
Throughout the year, our students faced new challenges with resilience and courage, learning to overcome obstacles and supporting one another along the way. They made many new friendships, creating a strong and caring community within our classrooms.
Above all, this year was full of fun and memorable moments that brought smiles and laughter every day. We are incredibly proud of all the growth, achievements, and friendships that have blossomed in Stage 2 this year.
Here are some pieces of work we are especially proud of at the end of the year, showcasing the creativity, effort, and learning our students have demonstrated.
Here’s to a wonderful year behind us and an exciting journey ahead!
