Presentation Evening – Cancelled

It is with great disappointment that we have made the decision to cancel our whole-school Presentation Evening. 

This decision has been made to ensure the health and safety of our students, families, staff and members of our school community after the assessment of adverse heat conditions forecasted by the Bureau of Meteorology as well as considering the scheduled event time and the location of the event. This decision aligns with Department of Education guidance and advice to ensure the wellbeing and safety of everyone involved.

Please see the revised arrangements below:

• PFA Christmas Raffle - The raffle will be drawn over the schools PA system on Thursday 18th December.
• 2026 Student Leadership Announcement - Students will be announced to our school community at the Term 1, Week 3 assembly in 2026. This will be coinciding with student leadership badge presentations.
• Catherine King Award and Martha Haylett Award  - These awards will be presented at the Term 1, Week 3 assembly.
• Christmas Carols - Cancelled.

• Class Awards - Class award recipients will be presented at assembly on Thursday 18th   December at 9:05 am.

   

We ask that you notify any special guests which you may have invited to this event. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment this may cause and thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
