Rotary - Sporting Attitude Award 2025

Each year the Rotary Club of Waverley recognise students from local schools who demonstrate positive attitudes in sport- not just sporting prowess, but also a sense of fair play, respect for their coaches, umpires, teammates and opponents.

This year Jake Anthony was nominated the recipient from WHPS.

Jake consistently demonstrates enthusiasm, teamwork, and respect in all sporting activities. He shows a positive attitude, perseverance, and fair play, as well as determination, encouragement for his teammates, and grace in both victory and defeat. 

He has been a wonderful, reliable and much appreciated house captain this year. A worthy recipient indeed.
