Week 6 Sport:
Get ready to move and groove! Our Years 3–6 Zing Interschool Dance Competition is happening on Thursday, 25th September at Quay Centre, Homebush - Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park, and we can’t wait to see our talented students hit the stage! 💃🕺
If your child would like to participate there are two steps you need to do:
1.Complete the Permission Form on Compass. This can be found under Events, then Zing Activ. This gives permission for your child to catch the bus and attend.
2. Log onto your Qkr! app and pay for your child to attend - this is $40 per student (this includes entrance fee, bus, costume and small snack at the venue)
If you would like to attend as a Spectator to watch your child perform you need to do the following:
1. Go to Trybooking.com and follow the instructions to book your Spectator tickets (these sell out very quickly if you want to sit with the Holy Family cohort). All family members spectating will need a ticket booked for them.
All information and instructions are on your Compass app. Payment for your child/dancer/participant to be paid via Qkr!
Polding Athletics:
Congratulations to Irwin Tung, who represented Holy Family at the Broken Bay Athletics Carnival on Thursday, 28th August. From the Broken Bay Athletics Carnival Irwin Tung qualified to compete in the 100m sprint at the Polding Athletics Carnival on Friday, 12th September in Glendale.
We wish him the best of luck!
Kind regards,
