AWARDS 

Our most recent award recipients are Mason B, Makenna, Chelsea K, Semere, Baxter, Sienna, Lola, Freda, Koby G and Ethan Swinnerton. Well done! 

PRIME MINISTER’S SPELLING BEE 

A number of our senior students recently participated in the Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee. Congratulations to these students and a special mention to Alex O who has progressed to the State finals. 

CATHOLIC ATHLETICS  

Congratulations also to those who have been selected for the Catholic Athletics Sports. These will be held on Wednesday 3rd September. 

WHOLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS CARNIVAL 

Our whole school event follows on Thursday 4th September. 

FRIDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER 

There are numerous events occurring on this day. 

• Grade 6 Basketball - selected Grade 6 students. 
• Season of Creation Mass - remaining Grade 6 students. 
• Swimming Lesson - Grade 5 session 1pm - 1:40pm 

SWIMMING LESSONS Week 8-9 

From Monday 8th September our session times are as follows: 

1pm - 1:40pm - Grade 6 

1:40pm - 2:20pm - Grade 5 

HOMEWORK & ASSESSMENT 

We will spend the final 3 weeks of Term 3 researching and creating our ERP. Students will be given time in class, however they are most welcome to work on this at home. As a result, there are no additional assessments or homework during this period. Our Expo will be held on Thursday 18th September. 

SEPTEMBER ASSEMBLY 

Our next assembly will be held on Friday 12th September. Rori, Heidi and Ivy W will be our leaders.
