Raffle tickets for the Monster raffle due back Friday 13th December.

Well we have come to the last newsletter of the 2024 school year.  Thank you to everyone  for your ongoing support of Rochester Primary School. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful school community and the children definitely benefit from the positive parent and teacher relationships that we have at the school.  This year we say farewell and thank you to the following families-

Baerken, Birthisel, Emmerson, Howard, Parker, Traill, Whaley, Beer, Hayler, James, Scott-Torr, Smith, Thorpe, Young

Orientation Day 

Thank you to all members of our school community for such a wonderful orientation day on Tuesday. All classes were settled with all staff and students excited about their new classes for 2025. Such a calm and positive atmosphere. Well done everyone.

Final Assembly

We are excited to invite families to a special awards assembly on Monday 16th December at 2:00pm to celebrate the end of the year. The assembly will be held on the front lawn (weather permitting) so please bring along a chair (or a shade). This will move to the undercover court or BER if needed. 

Student Reports

Student reports will be available Monday 16th December via XUNO. If your child is leaving RPS at the end of the year please ensure you download your child’s report before your XUNO access ceases. (on 31 December).  Please contact the office if you require a printed copy. 

Lost Property                                                                                                                                                  If you are missing or having trouble locating uniform items or lunch boxes /drink bottles please check if it has been handed to  the office or check the Lost Property area in the BER.  If not collected these items will be given to charity in the holidays.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2024. We wish you all the very best for the next step in your learning journey.

To all families and friends of Rochester Primary School, have a wonderful Festive Season, stay safe and make sure you take that all important time for yourself and to enjoy your family. We look forward to seeing everyone back here on Wednesday 29th of January for another exciting year.
