OUR FIRST SCHOOL FETE!!

The school fete was a tremendous success, showcasing the incredible sense of community involvement and student engagement. Parents, staff, and students all came together to make the event a memorable experience. Not only did students display their creativity and skills by making products for sale, but they also gained valuable insights into the financial aspects of running a business. They learned about budgeting, pricing, and managing resources, all while contributing to the fete's overall success. It was a fantastic opportunity for our 5/6 students to apply real-world concepts in a fun and collaborative environment, fostering both their academic growth and sense of community.

A big thank you to all the 3-6 teachers who contributed their time and support to help our students develop a deeper understanding of economics. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the parents and the wider community for their involvement, which played a key role in making our first fete such a success. We look forward to many more fetes in the future!

Hence, as we come to the close of the year, we would like to thank all our families for their support and engagement. It has been a highly successful year, and we have been thrilled to share so much wonderful content with you. We wish you all a relaxing and enjoyable break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new year. Have a safe and happy holiday season!

Books In Homes

We are excited to share the success of our Books in Homes program this year. Through this initiative, students have been provided with a variety of books to read and enjoy at home. This has not only supported their love of reading but also encouraged family involvement in their learning journey. We are thrilled with the positive impact this program has had and look forward to continuing to provide students with access to wonderful books in the future. Thank you to everyone involved for making this initiative such a success!

2025 Staffing- We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all staff for their continued dedication and hard work throughout the year. A special thank you goes to Mr. Mackenzie, who has been with the school for nearly 16 years and has been a tremendous asset to our community. His passion, drive, and unwavering support for both our students and parents have been truly impressive, and he will be deeply missed. Mr. Mackenzie has secured a new position at another school for the upcoming year, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Step Up Program - Wednesday 18th December

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our 'Step Up' program this term! This special day will provide students with the opportunity to meet their new teacher for the upcoming year and connect with their new classmates. The program takes place each year in Term 4 as preparation for 2025.

Parent Sessions - Managing Online Safety

A big thank you to all the parents who participated in our recent forum. As a school, we are committed to continuing to offer these valuable sessions to support both our students and families. We look forward to more opportunities to engage and share important information in the future.
