Important Dates coming up in Term 4
OSHC program Christmas closing dates
OSHC will be closed from Friday 20th December (last day of school) and will re-open Monday 6th January (for Vacation Care).
Booking forms Open Dates
November 29th Curriculum Day - forms will be sent out Monday 11th November
December 6th Curriculum Day - forms will be sent out Monday 18th November
January Vacation Care - forms will be sent out Monday 25th November
Re-enrolment and 2025 Enrolment forms – Will be sent out Monday 2nd December
2025 prep families will be able to get forms from the prep Transition information Session
Invoice dates for the rest of this year:
Monday 4th November – with payments due Friday 8th November (for 21st Oct -1st Nov – 2 weeks)
Monday 18th November – with payments due Friday 22nd Nov (for 4th Nov - 15th Nov – 2 weeks)
Monday 2nd December – with payments due Friday 6th December (for 18th Nov - 30th Nov – 2 weeks)
Monday 9th December – with payments due Friday 13th Dec (for 2nd Dec -20th Dec – 3 weeks)
Booking and Cancellation Reminders
If you are collecting your children from school or child doesn’t attend school for the day can you please make sure to let the OSHC program know.

If we don’t have child arrive we do go looking for them and ask teachers to help as we assume the child is missing. This compromises the safety of the OSHC children in the program while educators are out looking for your child.
Just reminder that fees are still charged regardless of non-attendance.
We require a two weeks notification for deleting ongoing permanent bookings
