Foundation Learning English & French

Foundation students are off to a flying start! 

We are so impressed with the children's listening skills and how well they follow instructions! We are particularly enjoying observing new friendships being formed.

In English we have decorated book covers, worked on our fine motor skills, and discussed making friends and what to do if we are feeling lonely in the playground. We have also practised our dancing skills! 

In French students have started to learn phrases such as ‘Je suis ici’ (I am here), ‘Je m’appelle’ (My name is), ‘Viens ici!’ (Come here!) and other useful words that we use daily. To get to know our new classmates, we play the Coco Laye Laye game and drew our self-portraits. Bravo les enfants!
