A night to shine 

We are delighted to share the resounding success of our annual Interhouse Performing Arts Festival (IHPAF). This event was a shining testament to the remarkable talent and creativity that abound within our student body, as showcased through Interhouse drama improvisation, Interhouse dance choreography, and our curricular dance classes.

The Drama improvisation segment stole the spotlight, with each House infusing the stage with their unique charisma and dynamism. Performers were tasked with games that challenged their quick scene preparations, wit, creativity and teamwork to deliver engaging and spontaneous acts. The audience was captivated by the entertainment value, erupting into laughter and applause. Judges faced a tough decision, given the exceptional talent and skill exhibited by all Houses.

Equally impressive was the Dance competition, featuring a diverse array of dance intents. Each House crafted their own themed dance routine, reflecting their distinct personalities and creativity. Dancers showcased impeccable commitment, precision, and emotional depth, leaving the audience enthralled. After much deliberation, one House emerged victorious, their performance standing out as exceptional.

In addition to the interhouse competitions, our curricular dance classes took centre stage, presenting pieces they had meticulously honed since the beginning of the year. These performances were a tribute to the dedication and perseverance of our students, who poured their hearts and souls into perfecting their routines. Audiences were treated to displays of remarkable skill and artistry, underscoring the transformative power of dance.

As we celebrate this remarkable showcase of talent, we also uphold the values of respect and appreciation for everyone’s contribution. It is through fostering an environment of mutual respect and support that we can cultivate such extraordinary displays of creativity and talent.
