Term 2 ensures to be one of great excitement and growth as our learners continue to develop their skills to set learning goals as well as becoming self assessable learners to continue their learning journey. Our teachers will be continuing to familiarise ourselves with the English Victorian Curriculum 2.0 ensuring compliance, with guided expectations. Our Foundation - Year 2 learners will be using decodable texts and learning experiences in conjunction with authentic texts to ensure that a well rounded literacy approach is achieved. Logins and passwords for Decodable Readers Australia (DRA) will be sent home for learners and families to complete together. Further information will be passed on by your child's classroom teacher in the class term ahead newsletter.
