Our Inquiry topic this term focuses around the essential questions “What is it like to live in Australia?” and “What is my place?” The following statement outlines what we want the students to achieve by the end of the unit:

Learners are curious about life in Australia and make connections to the land and people. They will communicate the needs and challenges for living in various locations around Australia and form a perspective of what makes Australia unique. Learners will work collaboratively to share their understanding.

If you have any expertise in this particular inquiry unit, please contact your child’s teacher to let them know how we can utilise your knowledge. We welcome any parents who would like to present to the cohort. This is a great way to utilise our school community and bring valuable resources into the classroom.
