SMCM 2024 COLOUR RUN!

What a day it was yesterday! The smiles said it all. You could feel the excitement building all day and it really started to pick up when the amazing inflatables started to take shape on the paddock as it was transformed to our Colour Run Course!

We raised an incredible... 

There is still time to donate - donations close on 6th May. For those children who raised more than $10, more information about how to choose your prizes will come next week. We thank everyone who worked tirelessly to promote our school and get support for our fundraising projects.

Special mention to Chloe P from Michaelangelo who raised $2059. She got to slime Claire before the Colour Run started!

Renew Homegroup had the most active fundraising profiles in week 9 last Term so got to slime Matt. We hope his hair recovers from the green slime soon!

Kai from Epperson Homegroup raised $1728.18 so got to slime Rebecca.

Esposito Homegroup raised $1915 so they got to slime Daniel. 

Our slimed teachers were such good sports and it gave the children such a thrill to see them being slimed.

Sporting Achievement

Congratulations to Noah (Gates Homegroup) who attended the Melbourne Victory Gold Coast 2024 Tour. Noah was selected among another 26 kids in his age group to represent and participate in the first national Melbourne Victory tour.  Noah received a special mention for his soccer, personality and leadership skills. Thank you for showing the true SMCM spirit!

World Immunisation Week begins on Wednesday 💙 Take a moment to ensure you and your loved ones are up to date with vaccinations. 

If you're not, join us for a public immunisation session this week:

Nature Discovery Walk

🌿 We can't wait to learn more about our own backyard on the Nature Discovery Walk in Epping! 

You, your family and friends are invited for a stroll through Epping North Conservation Reserve, where kids can take part in fun nature activities and collect stamps for their nature passports! 🦋 

🌳  We'll also have an exciting visit from Animals of Oz and Eco Explorers, as well as a BBQ to end the day!
