Before & After School Supervision
School supervision for students begins at 8:30am each day and finishes at 3:45pm. Families who need care for their children outside of these hours are asked to utilise the Before and After School Care program offered by Extend. This Program begins at 6:30am and finishes at 6:30pm each day to accommodate working families. Students should not be left unsupervised outside school gates before 8:25am. Students should be collected from school by 3:45pm as staff attend after school meetings.
Winter Uniform Changeover
All students should be in full winter uniform from Monday 29th April.
Boys: long pants with short or long sleeve shirt, black woollen jumper
Girls: pinafore or long black pants with SMCM logo with short or long sleeve shirt, black tights or white/black socks, black woollen jumper
Sports uniform: shorts or long pants, t-shirt or long sleeve polo, sports jumper
As the weather gets cooler children are encouraged to bring outerwear such as rain jackets and beanies to allow them to they to play comfortably outside during the winter months.
Please ensure all uniform and outerwear items are labelled with your child's name.
Broadband Initiative
Currently, the Victoria Government released a School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI). The initiative is to help families/students that are not able to connect to the internet at home. The program is run by the National Broadband Network and to know whether you are eligible, families are encouraged to contact the National Referral Centre on 1800 954 610.
