Welcome to Food Tech,

Mrs. Holland, Mrs. Brennan and Mrs. Verheij are running this show. Mrs. Verheij, before working at The Chase worked 18 years as a professional chef in the Netherlands and is very excited to be combining both her careers in this role.  

Last week we explored taste and this week we made fruit kebabs and practiced our cutting skills. The students have been amazing and are thoroughly enjoying the program. We are looking forward to the rest of this term and we have planned some fun lessons.

Update on Items for Donation

Thank you so much for all of your wonderful and generous food donations to get us started. We greatly appreciate everything that has been donated. We now have enough flour and salt - please no more of these items at the moment.

Coles - KitchenAid Ovenware

If anyone is accumulating points and not collecting the bakeware, we will gladly accept any donations of the bakeware items.
