Your invitation to our 50 Year Gala!

On behalf of the Kinross Wolaroi School Parents and Friends Association, the School community is warmly invited to a special black-tie celebration marking 50 years of Kinross Wolaroi School, following the historic amalgamation of Kinross School (formerly PLC) and Wolaroi College in 1975.

This milestone represents five decades of academic excellence, tradition, and community in the Orange and Central West region. To honour this occasion, we invite you to join us for a wonderful evening of dinner, dancing, and live music from the fabulous band, ‘Panorama’.

Save the Date: 7pm Saturday 24 May 2025

Start organising your friends and family to book a table for this special occasion - full event details and bookings will be online soon.

2026 Country Fair Committee

The P&F will soon be convening a committee to organise the next Kinross Wolaroi School Country Fair, to be staged in 2026. If you are interested in being involved, please email the P&F Secretary to register your interest.

We will also be seeking major sponsors for the Fair - if you or a contact is interested in this opportunity, please contact Harriet Alker, Events Coordinator, halker@kws.nsw.edu.au

P&F Page on the Hub

The P&F now has its own page on the Hub where you will find meeting information, contact details and other updates.  BOOKMARK THIS PAGE for whenever you need to find out what’s going on.

Seeking Boarding Representatives

The P&F Committee is seeking one or two Boarding Representatives, as the current, long-term representatives, Carolyn Ivey and Christine Fraser are hoping to step down in 2025. The role simply involves attending Boarding Committee meetings (usually once per term, available via Zoom) and then reporting back anything important or noteworthy to our P&F meetings (usually twice per term, available via Zoom). There are two roles, a Boarding Representative and an Assistant Boarding Representative (who is literally a back up for the main Representative). Please contact Pip Smith or Kath Barnett.
