Dear Parents and Friends of St Mary's,

WE NEED YOU!!  

The Parent and Friends are planning our fundraising and social events for the year and need your help and opinions. We invite all families to complete this short survey for your feedback and ideas. Being a part of the P & F team can be very rewarding and a great way to be involved in your child's school. Please click on the image below to complete the survey.

Thank you to those who have supported our Term 1 Easter fundraiser. More boxes are available at the office for families or friends able to sell more.  

As the Cadbury Easter drive is our Term 1 fundraiser this year the Easter Raffle will return next year.  Families are able to now able to buy individual bags for &4.00 each at the office (cash only).

Cadbury Fundraiser: we’re selling – Easter Egg Bags!

Every box we sell will raise $30.00 per box. So we’re asking families of St. Mary’s to sell at least one box for us. If you would like another box, please see the office

Tips for selling your treats

• Each item sells for $4.00 per bag
• Sell to family members, colleagues, friends or neighbours
• We don’t recommend that children sell the products – if they are involved, please ensure an adult is with them at all times

Other useful information

Please return your money collected to St Mary’s School Office in the envelope provided no later than Wednesday 2nd April 2025

If you’re finding it hard to sell your box of treats, let me know – other people may be able to help. Or, if you can’t help out in this fundraising drive, please let the office know.

We’re confident that this fundraising drive will help us reach our goal of raising money for Chromebooks for the students.
