We are looking for a SJB Fete coordinators
The SJB fete will be held next year on the 20 September and we are looking for a Fete Coordinator, or coordinators to share the role of running this incredible event. If you are interested or you would like to know more information please speak to Chantel Elliott, Sonia Cuthbertson or Nat Nicholls.
Get your Bunny Ears Ready!
On Friday 4 April there will be a Mufti clothes day for all students, in return for a chocolate egg donation for the SJB Easter raffle.
The annual Easter Egg raffle will be held on the last Friday of the school term, more details on the raffle to come in the next newsletter.
In the meantime, get the easter bunny ears ready and your easter clothes out and ready for Friday 4 April. And don’t forget your choccie egg!
We need a hand! Cross Country Canteen helpers needed
At the SJB Cross Country day on Thursday 27 March, the P&F committee are looking for helpers to work in the canteen and volunteers to cook the Sausage Sizzle. Your time commitment can be as little as an hour, or stay for the morning (the cross country usually wraps up before lunch).
At the canteen, students will be able to purchase snacks and cold drinks for recess, as well as a sausage sizzle closer to lunch.
If you are able to:
Help set up the canteen and/or BBQ Assist/serve students in the canteen
Assist/serve students at the BBQ (beside the canteen)
Assist with pack down and clean up.

Thankyou! Uniform shop donations
Thankyou everyone who attended the SJB uniform shop on Wednesday 26 February in the school hall. I found this service to be invaluable as a Kindy mum; the volunteers had great advice on the size I should be looking at for my ever-growing daughter. Funds from the sale of second hand uniforms goes directly back to the school in library or IT resources. We are always seeking donations of SJB uniforms, if you would like to donate items please get in touch.
