Regular attendance is crucial for students’ academic success. It ensures they don’t miss out on essential lessons and activities, helps students stay engaged, improves their understanding of classroom content, and leads to academic success.
Excessive use of social media can distract students from their studies, leading to lower academic performance. Create a designated study time and space free from social media distractions and encourage prioritising school work before leisure activities.
The Cross Country Carnival will be held next Tuesday, 11 March. Please refer to the flyer for event timings.
This is a whole-of-College event, and all students are expected to attend school as usual and participate. Each participant will earn points for their house.
If you cannot participate for medical reasons, please provide a note to your Pastoral Mentor. Students with medical conditions should bring necessary items (e.g. an asthma inhaler, jellybeans, etc). The College will have medical supplies and first aid available if required.
A reminder to please wear and bring the following:
Parents and carers are welcome to attend; please come along and support your child if you have the capacity to do so!
St Mary's Catholic College welcomes employment applications from those who share our mission to provide a stimulating and challenging curriculum and enhance students' dignity, self-esteem, and integrity.
