Foundation-Baking Madeleines!

Today students in both foundation classes rolled up their sleeves and assisted in baking madeleines with Josephine! Students took turns in cracking the eggs ('oeufs'), stirring in the butter ('beurre'), sugar ('sucre') and honey ('miel'). They waited patiently for the madeleines to bake and shared with their class and staff.
